The best way to make real improvements to your health and achieve lasting results is to work with me on a one-to-one basis over a period of time.  A ‘one-off’ appointment is unlikely to be enough to change a lifetime of habits and help you feel re-energised and more like the 'old you' again.  In order to get to the root cause of your health issues and work towards your goals I always recommend working together for a minimum of 12 weeks, following a structured programme of on-going coaching and support, tailored to you.  This gives you time to create healthy new food and lifestyle habits without feeling overwhelmed.

I offer a range of programmes with varying levels of support to suit your needs.   Prices start from £350* and typically include the following:

Initial personal consultation which includes an in-depth health and lifestyle assessment

Follow up consultations – either face to face or via Zoom

Health coaching, tracking and motivational support (12 week + programes)

Personalised nutrition and lifestyle plans, tailored to your goals

Nutrition, lifestyle and recipe fact sheets to support your new habits

Medication and nutrient interaction evaluation where applicable

Supplement recommendations, if appropriate**

Recommendations on clinical tests and interpretation**

Email support throughout

* This is an 8 week 'Reboot' programme for simple health goals
